Hello PHD Family!!!

I hope this newsletter finds each of you doing well! We have survived Snovid-21 intact for the most part. I want to thank you all for your words and prayers over the last six weeks as I spent time with mom before she went home to Jesus. I will be here for the most part in the coming weeks, and spending weekends working on the estate as mom was an avid Antique, Doll, and Little Golden Book Collector as well as an avid hand embroiderer and quilter. I love you all and your words and prayers have meant the world to me during this time.

Because we were closed due to weather last week Fat Tuesday will be held tomorrow - $2 FAT QUARTER throughout the store, and sale fat quarters are $1, time to restock all that fabric we sewed up last week!!

Masks, face shields, or face covering is required per the governor and me, yes I required them before the governor, but I have to keep my quilting family safe, so thank you for your understanding!! We will still bring things to your car if you prefer not to come into the store due to Covid-19, just call or use the web site to place your order and let us know it is for curbside pickup.

Posh Penelope is a fun scrappy quilt that combines our love for curves with on point sashing and cornerstones! The perfect mix of modern and traditional elements that create a quilt that is timeless.

March 2 - Quilts of Valor
Quilts of Valor meets from 10 - 4! These ladies are amazing and have really knocked out some beautiful quilts for our veterans! Please come join the fun, the Quilts of Valor meet on the First Tuesday of the month.

March 8 - Kimberbell Star Spangled Celebration Event - $139

Does your patriotic heart beat red, white, and blue? Mine too! We love all the fanfare—Main Street parades, rodeos, family picnics, and fireworks after dark. We see the Stars and Stripes and instinctively put a hand over our heart as if to hold all the emotion. Wherever you are seated, chances are you have a connection to someone who stood in defense of freedom or sacrificed to improve the lot of another. Kimberbell’s Star Spangled Celebration embroidery event honors hometown heroes and expresses gratitude to military veterans, while we celebrate the USA.

Come and discuss the first book in the series, Quilter's Apprentice, and make the first block in Sarah's Quilt!!

Block of the Months

With the store remaining open we have started our block of the month programs back up! As always, you choose when to start your block of the month! We have lots to choose from so I will send out a separate newsletter with just the Blocks of the Month!!
