Happy 4th of July!!
I hope each of you have a blessed 4th of July Holiday. We will be open on the 4th regular business hours (9:30 - 7:30pm).
I know that most of you have heard that we had an accident here at the shop where a car came through the wall. I want to let you all know that no one was hurt and that it was a mechanical malfunction, not a person driving recklessly or hitting the gas instead of the brake. The car did not stop and the lady's foot was on the brake. She is a regular here at the shop and I assure you that she was not at fault.
Row by Row is going strong, we do not have a winner yet, but I imagine one is in the works somewhere!
CHRISTMAS IN JULY WILL KICK OFF TUESDAY!!!
With approximately 200 bolts of fabric and more kits, tablerunners, wall hanging and ornament kits and ideas that you can possibly imagine. Please come in and see all that we have for this years holiday - I also ordered lots of nice gifts and stocking stuffers for the sewists in the family!
This month I will be one the road twice. July 14 & 15 will find me in San Angelo, Texas at the Tumbleweed Shop Hop - this is their first year to have a one stop shop hop! Then on the 28th and 19th I will be in Huntsville, Texas at their one stop shop hop - Christmas in July. The shop will be open and the ladies will be here to help you in any way they can. So stop on in, you never know what they may be up to while I am away.

CLUBS/CLASSES:
Coffee and Kaffe - Meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 10am. An informal group that will be discovering new patterns and ways to use Kaffe Fassett's fabric collections. Free Club
Longarm Quilters Club - Meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 1pm and 3pm. We meet discuss problems and solutions, have show and tell and learn a new technique/ruler or foot. The cost of this class is $10. March's instruction is all about batting.
Year Long Sampler Class -Meets on the third Saturday of the month at 10am, with the exception of February's class which will meet on February 4th due to the Shop Hop. In this class you will be crafting blocks each week and will have a completed quilt at the end of the year. Cost $59
Children's Year Long Sampler Class - This class also meets on the Third Saturday of the month, only in the afternoon from 2 - 4. At the end of their year they will have a completed quilt - including quilting and binding. Cost - $59
Dear Jane - Held on the second Friday of the month at 1pm. This class is full.
Kimberbell Embroidery Club - This club will meet on the third Tuesday of the month at 10 am. Each month you will receive an exclusive Kimberbell Club pattern digital file and printed instruction sheet. Cost of this class is $20.
Prairie Women's Sewing Circle - Meets on the third Thursday of the month from 2 - 4pm. This is one of my favorite clubs, come sit and sew with us as we travel with our ancestors and learn about the history of quilting. Each month we receive a new pattern and have a great time at show and tell. Cost is $60 for the year. This class is full.
